Thought it was about time I sorted the Alloys out that were on the car when i bought it. Had them blasted then started polishing them. Ongoing!!!

While The wheels were progressing I moved on to badging First Holbay, then H120, in stainless.
Well, I was after badges I just couldn't find,so I decided to make some.
With this I decided to make a jig to hold all the strips while welded. 2 holes were drilled & pins welded in. Also an M5 tapped hole
Reversing light - Cowl
I had the Sparco reverse lights, so decided to make the cowls that they sat on, made a template, cut a pair out then rolled them. A light weld then dressed and followed by a light polish. Not sure how they atatch so I'm Improvising from now on. I'm making a disk to weld into the end of the cowl drilled for the screws and cut out for the bulb holder.
On dissasembly I found that 2 skrews ,which need lengthening, from the baseplate to the body.
Put a pair on ebay £60 buy it now - sold in an hour!!!! WOW. Better make some more.
Put a pair on auction £101.56. These are definitely popular.
Although these are a close repo of the original, I cant see why they weren't made longer so you wouldnt need to drill a 1" hole for the lamp holder. Maybe I'll try one!
